Transaction cancellation

  1. Countries Cancellation and Returns
    • Every customer is entitled to cancel a transaction subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and the regulations thereunder (hereinafter: "the Law ").
    • If the customer wishes to cancel a transaction, she must contact our customer service within one hour of completing the order and during business hours. Our customer service is available Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM by calling 03-6007070.
    • A customer may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of a confirmation message with the order details as required by law, whichever is later. The customer will be entitled to return the products by collecting the product from the customer's address in advance by an external shipping company on behalf of the company, in which case the customer will bear the cost of the shipping fees .
    • No refunds will be given at the chain's branches for items purchased on the site. You can receive a credit for items purchased on the site at one of the chain's branches for the purpose of purchasing another item at the same store where the credit was given or to exchange the item in the store using the "item for item" method only. If the customer is interested in returning an item purchased on the site and receiving a credit for it, please contact the site's customer service center at 03-6007070 .
    • Notwithstanding the above and in accordance with the law, a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may cancel a transaction, within four months from the date of its execution, from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later, provided that the engagement in the transaction includes a conversation between the Company and the customer as stated (including a conversation via electronic communication). The Company shall be entitled to request from the aforementioned customer a certificate, as specified by law, proving that she is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as the case may be.
    • In the event of cancellation not due to non-conformity as defined below, the Company will refund, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price paid by the customer, will cancel the charge due to the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice and will charge a cancellation fee at a rate not exceeding 5% of the price of the product that is the subject of the contract or transaction, or 100 new shekels, whichever is lower, and less shipping fees for returning the product (provided that the returned product is found to be in good condition and without any defect).
    • The customer's right to cancel a transaction does not detract from the company's right to claim damages in the event of returning products whose value has decreased as a result of a significant deterioration in their condition while they were in the customer's possession, including in the case of returning a product that has been used, whose packaging has been opened or damaged, which has been damaged, which has been damaged, which has been spoiled and/or which has suffered any injury. Therefore, customers who request to cancel a transaction are asked to return a product that has not been used and is free of any defect and/or spoilage of any kind, with the label and in its original packaging.
    • Refunds will be given in accordance with the provisions of the law and in accordance with the payment method used to make the transaction. Refunds to credit cards will only be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase, and in accordance with the credit card company's payment schedules/payments. To the extent that the customer has paid shipping fees, this amount will not be refunded upon cancellation of the transaction.
    • Canceling the order before the product or products are packaged for the customer (before they leave the site's warehouses) will not result in an additional charge, and the site will refund the customer the amounts she paid for the transaction.
    • Transaction cancellation and refund will be possible for products that were returned in their original packaging, were not damaged (the product and/or packaging) and were not used in any way.
    • The right to cancel the transaction will not apply to products specified in the law, including in the following cases: A. Products that were ordered and assembled specifically for the consumer as a result of the order; B. Products that can be recorded, reproduced or duplicated, the original packaging of which the consumer has opened.
    • Perishable products (with a short shelf life). No refund will be given for items for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as gifts.
    • In any case, the company will not bear any liability in which the cost exceeds the value of the purchased product, as well as for any damage that is not direct and/or consequential damage.
    • The company is not responsible for use made by the customer that is not in accordance with the manufacturer's and/or company's instructions, including washing instructions and/or any other instructions relating to the use of the products.
    • Hand wash only. If any other form of washing is used, the responsibility will lie solely with the customer.
    • The user will inspect the product immediately upon receipt and notify the company if the product received is defective or significantly different from what appears on the site.
    • In accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines, items of lingerie, swimwear and jewelry can only be returned/exchanged in accordance with legal provisions .
    • Items from the Beauty category (makeup, skincare, makeup products) can be returned only when they are closed in their original packaging, and provided they have not been used. Nail polishes cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • In the event of cancellation due to a defect in the product or a discrepancy between the product and the details provided to the customer regarding the product or due to failure to deliver the product on the date set for this or other breach of the terms of the contract ("Discrepancy"), the Company will refund, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price paid by the customer for the defective product, cancel the charge for the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice and will not charge any cancellation fees from the customer. The customer will notify the Company of this in writing, an inspection will be carried out with the customer and, if necessary, the date for collecting the product will be coordinated.
    • Refunds will be made by way of a credit transfer to the credit card or payment method used to place the order or as a credit to the user's account for purchases on the Site, depending on the user's choice during the transaction cancellation process. Notwithstanding the above, a user who has made a transaction to purchase a product on the Site and paid using a "Direct" card, who has requested to cancel the transaction and is entitled to do so in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, will be credited with a credit card or other payment method that she provides to the Company for this purpose and that is acceptable to the Company (e.g., PayPal). It should be noted that the crediting time may be extended. It is also possible to explicitly request to receive credit for purchases on the Site in lieu of a refund.
