Shipping and Returns

Delivery to the customer's home within 5 business days - at a cost of 22 NIS per order
Delivery times for shipments to remote locations (remote locations) up to 7 business days *
Returns are made by courier to your home at a cost of 20 NIS up to 14 days from the time of placing the order. 
It is not possible to receive a cash credit in the chain stores - the return will be made through customer service by phone.

* Please note - a business day refers to Sunday through Thursday, excluding the day the order is placed. Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays are not considered business days.

Orders received after 4:00 PM will only be shipped the next business day.

Delivery hours - 08:00 to 21:00, except Fridays and Saturdays. It is recommended to choose an address that is convenient for receiving the shipment during these hours, for example, a workplace address.
